Team Management
aqoon is built around organisations. Everyone on your team shares the same collections, agents, and widgets under one organisation account. You can invite colleagues so they can log in with their own credentials and access the same workspace.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access. Can invite and remove members, manage billing, and access all features. The first user who created the organisation is the Owner. |
| Member | Can create and manage collections, documents, agents, and widgets. Cannot manage team members or billing. |
Inviting a Team Member
- Click your organisation name in the top navigation and select Team, or go to Account → Team
- Enter the colleague's email address in the Invite a team member field
- Click Send Invite
- Your colleague receives an email with a link to create their account and join the organisation
The invitation link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, remove the pending invite and send a new one.
Pending Invites
Invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted appear in the Pending Invites table. You can see who sent each invite and when.
To cancel a pending invite, click Remove next to it. The invite link will no longer work.
Removing a Team Member
- Go to Team
- Find the member in the Members table
- Click Remove next to their name
- Confirm the removal
Removed members lose access immediately. Their contributions (collections, documents, agents) remain in the organisation and are not deleted.
The Owner account cannot be removed from the team. To transfer ownership, contact support.
