Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen in aqoon. It gives you a quick overview of your knowledge base at a glance.
Overview Cards
At the top of the dashboard you'll see four summary cards:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Collections | Total number of collections you own |
| Documents | Total documents uploaded across all collections |
| Indexed | Documents that have been processed and are searchable |
| Pending | Documents still being processed (text extraction, chunking, embedding) |
Recent Collections
Below the cards you'll find your five most recently created collections. Each shows the collection name and its document count. Click any collection to jump straight to its detail page.
Recent Documents
The recent documents panel shows your ten most recently uploaded documents with their collection name and processing status. This is useful for checking whether newly uploaded documents have finished processing.
What's Next
From the dashboard you can:
- Click Collections in the sidebar to manage your collections
- Click Search to search across your indexed documents
- Click Explore to discover public collections shared by others
